Hi everyone. This term, my Recreation class are using mobile phones a fair bit. Essentially, what we are doing is a unit on safety, integrated with gym. The class are firstly videoing each other, having a look at 'form'. From here, they will prepare a video (using mobile phones), detailing how certain exercises can be performed safely, including safety warnings.They will bluetooth this video from their phone, to my c4t.
